When will my order ship?
An order could be shipped the same day, if placed before 6am. However, orders are normally shipped within 1 - 2 working days (depending on when the order is placed, size of order etc). What happens if I have received the wrong product(s)?
If, despite our rigorous quality assurance and dispatch checking procedures, you believe you have received the wrong product(s), please contact us as soon as possible and within 72 hours' of receiving the product(s) in any event.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries. For further information, please apply for a trade account. During sign-up, we will ask you for your shipping address details (including country). If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
