You will then also be able to connect to your preferred payment gateway(s), as well as access our handy API (optional), which allows you to quickly and easily transfer multiple orders from your website to ours for dropshipping.

How it works

1. You receive and download your orders

You receive orders from your sales channel(s), e.g. your website, Amazon, eBay, TikTok etc. You then download them as a .csv file.

You can also use our Dropship orders assistant desktop software, which helps you to convert your exported orders file into the correct format ready to upload. Simply download your orders from your platform, open the software and then follow the steps. If you would like to use this desktop software, please create a ticket with us and we can provide you with a download link (please note this is only available for Windows).


2. You upload your orders

You log into our website, and visit 'Upload orders via MCOIS' under Get Shopping in the top menu bar. You then upload your orders.

3. Make one payment for all orders

You can then review and pay for all of the orders in one go. Once your orders are imported, you are automatically charged our trade prices. No repetitive ordering, no mistakes, no time-wasting.

Pre-populated with your images and more

Although the website is fully editable by you following handover, we save you valuable time by populating it for you. For example, it comes pre-loaded with your product images, along with basic descriptions, ingredients, usage, related products, on-page product tags and more. We also set up product categories, helping your customers to easily navigate your site and find what they are looking for.

To help you get started with SEO, we include meta tags and meta descriptions for each of the products and category pages.

Your site will be ready for you to get selling with minimal effort.

Order management

Once your site is built, you will be able to connect to your preferred payment provider(s), so you can start accepting orders.

Woocommerce has seamless order management functionality, making it quick and easy for you to handle your orders and keep your customers updated. 

You can then use our API (if you wish) to transfer your dropship orders to us, directly from your website.

Yes. Following handover, you will have full control and ownership of your website. We have no further involvement.

Yes. To have a website online you need someone to host it for you. You will also need a domain name for your website - this is the address your visitors use to access your site. We have a recommended supplier for both - log in to your account and see the Website FAQs for further details and for a discount code.

Yes. If we build your website, you will have access to our WordPress WooCommerce API, which lets you transfer your dropship orders to us directly from your website.

The PREMIUM website includes a host of extra features not available as part of the standard build. Ideal for those customers looking for a next level site, this build includes an enhanced design, extra product image angles, a mega menu, additional marketing features, pop-ups, customised email designs, newsletter sign-up and more.

Our Start a Business pack includes a website build PLUS the Own Label Bundle (which includes the setup of your own personalised labels plus the pot images needed for your website), along with a poster design. This comes at a discounted rate compared to buying them separately.

Yes, however as with any online business you will require at least a basic level of IT competency in order to manage your website and orders.

On handover, we provide links to WordPress user guides and we also offer 2 weeks of aftercare support.
