Shipping fee. 

A shipping fee may be payable on certain orders, where standard shipping services are not available (Ex Works orders). 


How to make the payment

Enter the amount you wish to pay into the Qty field (without commas and before VAT). 

Example: If the sub-total (before VAT) you wish to pay is £12.68, type in 1268 (no stops or commas) into the Qty: field and click Add to Cart. VAT is added automatically.


Important points to note

  • We always recommend letting the relevant team know when you have paid a shipping fee.
  • Please do not make a shipping fee payment without being instructed to do so.
