Integrated Ordering System (API)

If you have a WordPress WooCommerce or Shopify website, you can use our handy API to transfer dropship orders to us. This is the quickest and easiest method of processing multiple orders daily. You don't have to visit our website and manually input and pay for individual orders.

This time-saving system allows you to transmit multiple dropship orders to us through the backend of your WordPress WooCommerce website. The Shopify API works a similar way, syncing orders to a secondary website where you can then transfer and pay for them.

1. You receive orders on your website

Once the API has been set up on your website, it will be linked up to our trade website. If you have purchased one of our websites, the API can come built in and ready to use.

2. You transmit your orders

You log into your WordPress website and select the orders you wish to transmit to us. You are then re-directed to the Dropship Dashboard on our website. With the Shopify API, you log into a secondary website, where you can select and transfer the orders to us.

3. Make one payment for all orders

You can then review each order, select the shipping and pay for all of the orders in one go. No repetitive ordering, no mistakes, no time-wasting.

The API is a free service.

For WordPress websites, you have 2 options - either we install it for you (for £60+VAT) or you can install it yourself, using our installation guide. There is no installation charge for new websites built by us, as long as it is requested prior to handover. We cannot guarantee that the API will work with websites we have not produced, including ones hosted on providers we haven't used. If you do still wish to use it, we may need to quote to use a developer to investigate and fix any issues. We always recommend using Krystal for hosting (please see our website FAQs for more information).

For Shopify websites, you need to follow an installation guide that we provide. Should you require our assistance, we will need to quote for the work.

Please note, we are not currently accepting any resellers under our Specialist Supplements Ltd branding, so if you wish to use our API you must first purchase and set up Own Label.
