1. Re-sell our supplements

You will have access to our comprehensive range of UK-manufactured, quality assured supplements - off-the-shelf and ready to get selling immediately. 2. Own label setup and product images

Using one of our attractive design templates, we will create personalised product labels for you (featuring your logo, colour scheme, product names and contact details). Alternatively, you can supply your own artwork for a completely bespoke look. Label printing is free for all orders placed with us. We will also produce images of your own brand products - 3D, multi-angled computer-generated renders for use on your website, in marketing materials and on social media etc. For more information on the Own Label service, click here.

3. STANDARD eCommerce website build

As part of this pack, we will build you a STANDARD eCommerce shopping cart website, on the Wordpress WooCommerce platform - a feature-packed system, that is easy to use and search engine and mobile-friendly.

Your site will be fully functional and ready-to-trade. The design will follow that of the demo site here, but personalised with your branding.

4. Slideshow creation

As part of your eCommerce website build, we will design x3 homepage slideshow banners for you, featuring the products of your choice - a fantastic way to promote featured products and grab the attention of customers as they land on your site.

5. Poster design

A poster is a great way to promote your new company and product range. As part of the pack, we will design a poster featuring 1 or 2 of your products (or some text about your business), and it will be personalised with your branding. The poster will be supplied to you at A4 size and as a pdf, ready for you to print off and distribute. Please note, print is not included. 6. Dropship service option

You will have access to our no-fee order fulfilment solution - our fast, efficient and reliable dropshipping service (also known as direct dispatch). In other words, we send our products (ready-labelled with your own labels) direct to your customers and they will think they have come from you. No Specialist Supplements Ltd literature is included with the order. This service means that you don't have to pre-purchase and hold any stock, or waste valuable time, money and resources packing and posting (or hiring staff to do this for you). We take care of all of the hassles and logistics of order fulfilment for you and all you pay is the postage. The service, label printing and packing materials are provided free of charge. Next steps

Other important information 

  • Your personalised product labels will need to be completed by the Own Label team before work can start on your website.
  • The website will be built using the WordPress platform, with the WooCommerce plug-in.
  • Following the site build, you will be provided with links to user guides as part of the handover process. We also offer 2 weeks of aftercare should it be required. However, please note that we do not offer telephone consultation services or free ongoing support. It is therefore important that you familiarise yourself with the functionality and operation of your website, read the user guides and are confident to manage the site going forwards. Following handover, we have no ongoing involvement with the running of your site. As such, it is important that you have at least a basic level of computer literacy.
  • Should you require technical support or additional work on your website following handover, please contact us for a quote. We charge on a per incident basis for technical support, at a minimum of £30 plus VAT. However, all work will be quoted for on the basis of its precise requirements. 
  • The fee covers the design and build of the website only. You will need to purchase secure hosting for your website, along with a domain name (web address) separately - click here and see below for more information.
  • If you have (or are considering) a different hosting service to Krystal (our recommended provider), please ensure you check that the WordPress platform is supported (i.e. PHP 7.4+, MySQL 8.0+ versions, Linux server with cPanel). To see Krystal's hosting details please click here: https://krystal.co.uk/cloud-hosting/standard. You can get a £5 credit by entering the code SPECSUPPS16 at checkout. We do not recommend using GoDaddy or One.com hosting, due to previous issues we have encountered with their security and speed.
  • If there is additional admin involved in assisting with accessing your hosting (if you have opted for a supplier other than our recommended one), we will need to charge on an adhoc basis and will advise you of the specific costs at the time.
  • It will soon become a requirement by WordPress that the hosting used has an SSL certificate. This currently comes free with Krystal hosting (as above), but if you are choosing another hosting platform, you must ensure that this is included.
  • We do not offer SEO advice or guarantee traffic to your website following handover.
