How do I upgrade?

Simply select the payment option that suits you from the dropdown menu above (i.e. 6 months, or 12 months plus 2 months free) and make payment. We will then notify you once your account has been upgraded.

Important points to note

• We have to manually activate your TMP account upgrade for you. Please do not place orders until you receive an email from us confirming that TMP has been activated, otherwise your discounts will not be applied.
• The 17% discount off products will automatically be applied to your product orders, once your account upgrade has been activated.
• The 17% discount off product orders will not be applied in addition to any other existing discount you may have or that may already be applied to products (e.g. those products in our Special Offers range).
• To make use of the 25% marketing discount, you will need to create a ticket for the Marketing Team requesting your coupon code. You will then need to enter the code on the Shopping Cart page, each time you wish to use it. This discount is not applied automatically.
• The 25% marketing discount code cannot be used against website or Own Label setup purchases. This is for marketing services only.
• It is recommended that you read the Membership FAQs, which will answer many of your queries about the process and your account upgrade.
• If you wish to make use of the Articles AUTO-Submitter, please create a ticket for the Marketing Team. We will then advise you of next steps. Please note, the articles are supplied for a maximum period of 1 year.
